HIRE FEE: £10 – £20 per costume (See Inventory) plus postage & packing.

WHITLEY BAY PANTOMIME SOCIETY WARDROBE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The hire fee for the costume(s) together with a deposit of £5 per costume and cost of postage & packing to hirer is required in advance of despatch of items.

Deposit will be refunded immediately upon safe return of costumes

3 weeks advance notice required.

The society will supply costumes required on a date mutually agreed in advance.

Costumes will be supplied in a clean and good condition reasonably in accordance with measurements supplied.

The society will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all costumes are safe to wear, including objects that may cause damage to any person handling the goods such as pins. The society will not however be liable for any damage that may arise from handling such goods.

The hirer agrees to the following:

To treat all costumes hired with reasonable care whilst in their possession.

To make good any alterations, loss or damage whilst in their possession.

Not to cut, mutilate or damage any costumes provided.

Not to use the costumes for any other purpose than that agreed with the society.

To insure all costumes hired against loss by theft, malicious damage and damage by accident whilst in possession of the costumes.

Costumes to be returned within 48 hours of the agreed length of hire. Additional charges will apply if the costumes are not returned by the agreed date.

To pay the replacement cost of any costume or costumes not returned to the society in accordance with the terms agreed.
